Whatz My Gurl Saying? Having a little trouble with my terminology.. Well it's all explained here!
DOC - Drug Of Choice. A drug user may use many drugs, but usually has a drug that he/she prefers. Other drugs may be used when their DOC isn't available.
Shot / Shotting - Selling drugs. E.g. 'I've just shot my last draw' or 'who's that new block shotting?'
Light - Crack. In the UK our heroin is brown, therefore crack, being white, is light and heroin, being brown, is called dark.
W - Crack. W stands for white.
White - Crack. See above.
Dark - Heroin. See explanation for Light.
B - Heroin. B stands for brown.
Brown - Heroin. See above.
Nodding - The effect when you're stoned from heroin. It's like being really stoned without the giggles, talking or munchies. You're kinda half awake, half pass out.
Weed - Slang name for Cannabis.
Skunk - Slang name for strong Cannabis.
Punk - Slang name for strong Cannabis. Playing on the word Skunk.
Mersh - Abbreviation of the word commercial.
Commercial - Commercial weed is standard strength.
Rizzla - Papers for making a spliff.
Mulch - The twigs and sticks from cannabis, plus the bits of weed and tobacco that doesn't end up in the spliff.
Henry - A term for an 1/8th of an ounce of weed. 1/8th as in Henry the 8th. A Henry generally costs £20 for skunk and £15 for commercial (or Thai) weed. Although the term Henry is used for skunk, the weight is no longer in relation to the name. Over the years an ounce of skunk has increased from £100-£120 (late 90's to around 2005/6) to any where from £160 (more crappy, quickly turned over stuff) to £220 (the real peng tings!). Back in the day an 8th would weigh 3.5 grams. Now days you're lucky if you get 2.5. I'd rather they just put the prices up opposed to smaller draws. At least you knew how much you were getting.
Peng - A term for something that's really good. For example 'That shit's really peng!' or 'that man's proper peng.
Rents - Abbreviation of the word parents.
Yout - Abbreviation of the word youth. I'm guessing it derrived from saying youth with a Caribbean accent. E.g. 'That yout wants a slap!)
Script - Perscription
NEET - Not in Employment, Education or Training.... A bum in other words.
